Max damage vs max defense free roam build in red dead online

We are going to test max damage and max defense (tank) builds in red dead online. Both of this builds are great for free roam pvp in rdr2 online, but we will see which one is the best weapon and ability card setup for free roam fights with the griefers: tank build to get maximum protection (with defensive mode) or maximum dmg build to have more weapon damage in red dead online.
