Margarita Di Tullio was part of a gang dedicated to robbing homes and businesses on the Atlantic Coast in the 1980s. Until she began managing two brothels in Mar del Plata with three partners, she later became involved in the "Loco de la Ruta" case, which investigated the murder of two women she prostituted. But... why was she called "Pepita the Gunslinger"? In 1985, she was with her husband when her three partners violently broke in. Margarita's first reaction was to grab a gun and shoot them, for which she was arrested and later released on the grounds that she acted in self-defense. Eventually, she turned away from her life of crime and prostitution. In 2009, she suffered a stroke that ultimately took her life months later in a private clinic in Mar del Plata.
