Crescent Dream (Tōhō Gensōkyō ~ Lotus Land Story) — Jun'ya "ZUN" Ōta, 1998

COMMENT: Unused music 6 I was going to use this for the staff roll. It's not STG-esque, though, so I threw it out. Fuck man, what even makes a track "STG-esque" anyway? Well, at least you might have recognized that "square" at the beginning from somewhere else. That's right, I've used that element to start Anthropomorphosis, just like how ZUN used it to start this track. I am definitely NOT him, however. This also used to be one of my favorite tracks back when I was first giving Gensoukyou's soundtrack a listen··· it's quite ironic how the 4th game was the first Touhou game I listened a track of, but the first Touhou game I played was the first one. Which, to this day, is yet to be beaten. Ugh. That mechanic··· Welp, I guess while ZUN didn't nail on the "STG-esque" part of this track, he did a very good job with making it with that "ending" kind of vibe. It sure does fit as a staff roll theme, heck, I could even use it for that Touhou fangame I talked about early on. Hmmmm···
