Is this the best lifting foundation? I try out the Shiseido Synchro Skin Radiant Lifting Foundation and the Shiseido Synchro Skin Self Refreshing Concealer to see if it really is radiant and lifting. I will give you an in-depth review of the foundation and also show you how best to apply the foundation for a lifting and radiant finish. I will show you the packaging and the press pack that Shiseido sent me followed by the application of the blurring primer, radiant lifting foundation and the self refreshing concealer to see if it really is the best radiant and lifting foundation. I do a wear test to see if the foundation still looks great after wearing it all evening. I finish off with a summary giving you my overall opinion of the foundation.
