RHYL: This Should NOT Be Happening - It’s A Bloody Disgrace!

Rhyl in North Wales. A town synonymous with seaside trips, caravans and happy childhood memories? Sadly, it has a dark underbelly of crime and decay that has transformed the landscape. It's dangerous, has a higher crime rate than Liverpool per 1000 people and is definitely not somewhere you want to venture to anymore sadly. In this film I highlight recent and topical events regarding the town. They're shocking! I am not hating on Rhyl. I badly want to see it not only survive but thrive.
