クロスカブ１１０（JA４５）出先で突然始動不能！　インジェクター＆フュエールフィルター交換、エンジンクリーニング動画

My Cross Cub suddenly stopped running while I was out the other day and wouldn't start. The cause was probably a clogged injector. It's been running fine since I cleaned the injector that day, but I'm not sure if cleaning alone completely removed all the debris, and I can't use it for commuting if the engine suddenly stops again, so I decided to replace it with a new one. Since a clogged injector is a possibility, I also suspected the fuel pump filter, so I replaced that with a new one as well. I thoroughly cleaned the removed injector and will keep it on the bike as a spare. That way, if it clogs again while I'm out, I can replace it on the spot in about 30 minutes. Also, there's a possibility of carbon buildup (although the kick starter had normal resistance, so I don't think that's it...), so I poured the standard Kure engine cleaner into the intake and spark plug hole and left it for several hours to clean it. Now I can commute on my Cub again with peace of mind. However, I've ridden various motorcycles from different manufacturers for over 40 years, but this is the first time I've been stranded with a bike that wouldn't start while I was out. For the past 13 years, I've ridden Aprilia bikes, which are generally considered more unreliable than Japanese bikes. I even used an SRGT200 for commuting for two years, covering nearly 30,000 kilometers, and it never broke down except for running out of gas or my own maintenance mistakes (forgetting to change the battery). Is it possible for a world-renowned Honda, a world-famous Super Cub, to have clogged injectors after only about 5 years and 9,000 kilometers, even with normal use and regular maintenance? Or was it just a defective bike from the start? In any case, this incident has completely shattered my myth that Japanese bikes are more reliable than foreign bikes. But then again, the same could be said for Italian bikes; I find the ones that are a little troublesome and require some attention to be rather endearing (lol).
