Paul Connor's exhibition "Protest Paintings" February 2022
Paul Connor advocates for the landscape and our appreciation of the environment around us by painting it – often en plein air – and inviting us to contemplate very different ways of seeing it. From gouache, acrylic and ink through to digital drawings on an iPad, his variety of vision leads him to “protest”, to advocate, for environmental awareness. As he explains to Richard Morecroft, his long history as an architect - as well as an exhibiting artist - allows both practices to flourish through continuous conversations, producing a visual dialogue across natural and built environments. https://artatrium.com.au/paul-connor-3/
