This 30 minute no equipment lower body workout will challenge your quads, glutes, hamstrings, and calves using bodyweight only. Today we have a LOWER BODY bodyweight workout with absolutely no equipment needed — but don’t underestimate it… your legs will definitely be burning by the end 🔥 We start with a 5 MIN WARM UP using a 30 sec ON | no rest timer to properly prepare the lower body, improve mobility, and help prevent injuries. Then we jump straight into the 30 MIN MAIN WORKOUT with a 45 sec ON | 15 sec REST timer. Every exercise is different, so there’s no repeat and no time to get bored.
