5 Minimalizm Kuralı - İyi Yaşam İçin

It wouldn't be right to live in Japan and not make a video about minimalism. I've been practicing the rules of minimalism for years. In this video, I talk about five rules that will help you become a minimalist. I actually became interested in minimalism in the US before moving to Japan, thanks to the influence of my Japanese girlfriend. The house I live in in Tokyo isn't small by Japanese standards; in fact, it's quite large. It's about 50 square meters. However, guests who visit my house in Japan are often surprised by how little I have and comment on how empty it is. For example, I don't have a TV. I only have two chairs and two plates. Japanese culture is very minimalist. For example, the Japanese tea ceremony is a prime example. There are no unnecessary objects. You sit cross-legged on the floor, no chairs, no tables, and everyone, whether you're very rich or poor, sits on the floor in that small tea room and drinks tea from a mug. The underlying idea of minimalism is this: Owning less will make you happier. In fact, this is the exact opposite of what we're taught. It's imposed on us that having more things will make us happier. Minimalism is a way of life, and it aims to reduce your possessions to the minimum necessary to meet your needs. This way, your home becomes more organized. Unnecessary objects, furniture, and clothing in your home unnecessarily consume your time and energy and restrict your freedom.
