NUS Law Mooting & Debating Club - Moot Demo 2022

The Moot Demonstration features two of NUS Law's finest; Kevin Tang (Class of 2023) going against Jarrett Chen (Class of 2024) on the issue of NFTs, copyright and technology. Watch the two finalists for the C.M.S Holborn Asia & Intellectual Property Office of Singapore CMS IP Moot Competition 2022, present persuasive arguments, respond to sharp questions from judges, and rebut counterarguments in this thrilling exchange! Through this, The NUS Law Mooting & Debating Club (MDC) hopes to give prospective students a taste of what a moot entails, at both the domestic and international levels.
