Geophysics: Resistivity - electric logs and surface resistivity electrode configurations
We take a detour from surface resistivity applications and apply the same concepts to borehole electric logging. The relationship between potential difference, resistivity and electrode separations is applied to electric log configurations. We also briefly touch on log correlations, the neutron and density logging relationships and the SP log.
