MMNED-D4-Lab | Structural, Optical, Magnetic and Mechanical Properties Analysis using SIESTA
The lab work on the 4rth day of the Workshop on "Material Modeling for Nano-Electronic Devices: MMNED-2020" is performed by me. In this lab exercise demonstration, I have covered 4 properties of materials which can be studied by SIESTA i.e. 1. Structural Properties, bond length bond angles 2. Magnetic Properties 3. Optical Properties and 4. Mechanical Properties. I tried to explain the methodology only because the theory and mathematical deviation can be obtained by any book of solid-state physics.
