À l'ère de l'IA, ceux qui font moins valent plus

AI has profoundly changed things, and we only scratch the surface. What an individual can do today has never been so powerful. And it raises questions we don't really dare ask. Do we still need co-founders in the age of AI? How do we maintain an identity when work no longer defines us? What value does our voice still hold if AI can replicate everything? I have two answers to these questions. The first is the Amish approach. Consciously choosing not to use AI for certain things, simply for the pleasure of doing them by hand. Personally, I love creating my landing pages, choosing my fonts, designing my logos. I could automate everything. I refuse. Not on principle, but out of desire. Because the real revolution of AI is the compression of time, and those who take their time suddenly become rare. The second approach is the Picasso approach: a sense of taste, a sense of the times, a sense of fashion. Business will learn a great deal from luxury in the coming years. Because if 90% of GDP can be generated by AI without human intervention, then value will shift towards the irrational, the perceived, the frivolous, the artisanal. What is rare today is no longer those who produce a lot. It's those who produce just enough. AI will favor the stubborn, the selfish, the radical, the uncompromising, the rebels, the artists. Those who have something to say and who reject the norms. Each era favors a certain type of personality, and this one favors those who dare to embrace their uniqueness. I've been on YouTube since 2013. My videos have circulated everywhere: first The Family, then Koudetat, conferences, and clips stolen by "motivational" and "make money" accounts. Most of the time, they're taken out of context, rarely their true meaning is revealed. In reality, my story isn't just about motivation. I co-founded The Family, mentored hundreds of startups that have raised over $1.5 billion, been named to Forbes' 30 Under 30, and invited to the European Global Tech Panel. But more than titles, what interests me is the raw adventure of entrepreneurship: walking alongside founders as if I were their co-founder. Today, I operate as a solo investor: no funds, no committee, no filters. Quick, personal decisions and total commitment. My mantra: “I Am Your Favorite Co-Founder.” With Better Call Ouss, I provide direct access to my unfiltered advice. And with Seer Protocol, I'm building a tool for our time: a bridge between information overload and strategic clarity, so entrepreneurs can get ahead of the curve. Here on this channel, I talk about everything that crosses my mind: food, philosophy, literature, business, mindset. Always with curiosity, sometimes with guests, often without preparation. In a world saturated with fakes and copies, this is the one and only official account of #OussamaAmmar.
