In this video I show you some amazing techniques to deal with those difficult high balls that get up out of your strike zone at the baseline. This will stop you having to retreat further and further back where you put yourself at a disadvantage with your court position and having to generate all the pace. It will be easier to deal with a high ball on the forehand compared to the backhand, so this lesson will focus on the high forehand where you have more freedom to hit in a higher strike zone and it's easier to generate power.
