Inner Peace Challenge (IPC) — 90 Minutes of Doing Nothing!

VMSCL BeyondTheSyllabus conducted the Inner Peace Challenge on 20-08-2024 in a move towards promoting mindfulness and mental rest. The above video covers the entire event and has video bytes of participants and organisers sharing their experience. The Inner Peace Challenge (IPC) was a unique and experiential event designed to test participants' self-control and focus by challenging them to sit quietly for 90 minutes without using electronic devices, talking, or moving excessively. The goal was to maintain calm and stillness amidst the distractions of a busy world. The event was open to individuals aged 18 and above, who must agree to the competition rules, including remaining awake, staying in their seats, and refraining from any interaction. Competition is inspired from Do nothing challenge or International Space Out competition from South Korea. Team: Principal: Dr. G. Shaber Ali.
