This is currently the best known time for Version 3.0.1 in Pokemon Scarlet/Violet for the English Leaderboards. The Indigo Disk patch added a lot of new lag and timelosses and it is very hard to match the times achieved on the previous route. However, I do believe 5:21 is possible on this patch.
