Ms Adventures Undeniable

From AllMusic: Many rock critics of the 1980s and 1990s hated dance music simply because it was dance music, but the problem with lumping all of it together is that not all dance music is created equal. Dance music can be soulful and creative (Crystal Waters, Ten City, Black Box), or it can have a robotic, assembly-line quality. Unfortunately, this self-titled CD by the female trio Ms. Adventures is a blatant example of the latter. Going for a Paula Abdul-ish approach, sisters Kindra, Charity and Amy Morriss are about as faceless and mechanical as it gets on such generic dance/urban contemporary numbers as "All Dressed Up," "Undeniable" and "Heat of the Night." The vocals are wafer-thin and unconvincing, and the material is completely forgettable. Even the presence of respected dance-music producers like Andy Panda, Elliot Wolff and Arthur Baker can't save this dismal release.
