Hitachi ZX225 Final drive Strip, Clean and Rebuild process. Unit arrived with us as customer reported that he lost all drive on one track. On stripping the unit our engineer identified that the splines on the sun gear and the motor shaft were badly damaged. Therefor, the unit was fully reconditioned we replaced all damaged/worn parts and lapped the cylinder block and valve plate back to 100% contact. We also replaced the bearings and seals as standard. Unit now back to OEM standards and issued with 12 months written warranty.
