ମୋବାଇଲ ଚୋରି ସନ୍ଦେହରେ ଯୁବକଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ମମ ଆକ୍ରମଣ, ମୃତ ଭାବି କୂଅରେ ଫିଙ୍ଗିଦେଲେ; ବିଜେପୁର ପୋଲିସର ଚଢ଼ାଉରେ ୪ ଗିରଫ Youth Brutally Assaulted Over Mobile Theft Suspicion, Thrown Into Abandoned Well Presuming Dead; 4 Arrested by Bijeipur Police ବରଗଡ଼ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ବିଜେପୁର ଥାନା ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଏକ ଅଭାବନୀୟ ଏବଂ ହୃଦୟବିଦାରକ ଘଟଣା ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆସିଛି। ମୋବାଇଲ ଚୋରିର ମିଥ୍ୟା ସନ୍ଦେହକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କରି ଜଣେ ୨୦ ବର୍ଷୀୟ ଯୁବକଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ମମ ଭାବେ ମାଡ଼ ମରାଯିବା ସହ ଅଚେତ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ଏକ ପରିତ୍ୟକ୍ତ କୂଅରେ ଫିଙ୍ଗି ଦିଆଯାଇଥିବା ଘଟଣା ସମଗ୍ର ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଚାଞ୍ଚଲ୍ୟ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛି। ପୋଲିସର ତତ୍ପରତା ଯୋଗୁଁ ଯୁବକଙ୍କୁ ଜୀବନ୍ତ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରାଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଘଟଣାରେ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ୪ ଜଣ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କରାଯାଇଛି। ପୋଲିସ ଅଧିକ୍ଷକ ରବିନ୍ଦ୍ର ନାଥ ଶତପଥୀଙ୍କ ସୂଚନା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ପଦ୍ମପୁର ଥାନା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ପୁରେନା ଗ୍ରାମର ସଦାନନ୍ଦ ଭୂଏଙ୍କ ପୁଅ ତୁଳସୀରାମ ଭୂଏ (୨୦) ଗତ ଜୁନ୍ ୭ ତାରିଖରେ ଶ୍ରମିକ କାମ ପାଇଁ ପଦ୍ମପୁର ଯାଇଥିଲେ। ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଘରକୁ ନଫେରିବାରୁ ପରିବାର ଲୋକେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଖୋଜାଖୋଜି କରିଥିଲେ। କୌଣସି ସନ୍ଧାନ ନମିଳିବାରୁ ଜୁନ୍ ୧୦ ତାରିଖରେ ପଦ୍ମପୁର ଥାନାରେ ଏକ ନିଖୋଜ ମାମଲା ଦାୟର କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଜୁନ୍ ୧୧ ତାରିଖ ସକାଳେ ବିଜେପୁର ଥାନା ପୋଲିସ ଏକ ବିଶ୍ୱସ୍ତ ସୂତ୍ରରୁ ସୂଚନା ପାଇଥିଲା ଯେ ସାମଲେଇପଦର ଗ୍ରାମ ନିକଟସ୍ଥ ଏକ ପରିତ୍ୟକ୍ତ କୂଅ ଭିତରେ ଜଣେ ଯୁବକ ପଡ଼ି ରହିଛନ୍ତି। ଖବର ପାଇବା ପରେ ପୋଲିସ ଓ ଅଗ୍ନିଶମ ବାହିନୀ ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରେ ପହଞ୍ଚି ଯୁବକଙ୍କୁ ଜୀବନ୍ତ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିଥିଲେ। ପ୍ରଥମେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ବିଜେପୁର ସିଏଚସିରେ ଭର୍ତ୍ତି କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ଏବଂ ପରେ ଅବସ୍ଥା ଗୁରୁତର ହେବାରୁ ବୁର୍ଲା ଭିମସାରକୁ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତର କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ପରେ ଉଦ୍ଧାର ହୋଇଥିବା ଯୁବକ ନିଖୋଜ ତୁଳସୀରାମ ଭୂଏ ବୋଲି ଚିହ୍ନଟ ହୋଇଥିଲେ। ତୁଳସୀରାମଙ୍କ ବୟାନ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଜୁନ୍ ୭ ତାରିଖରେ ତୁଷାର ଓରଫ ଜଗନ ଭୋଇ ଏବଂ ବାବ୍ଲୁ ଓରଫ ବଳରାମ ମଣିରା ତାଙ୍କୁ ସ୍କୁଟିରେ ବିଜେପୁର ନେଇଯାଇଥିଲେ। ସେଠାରେ ଶକ୍ତି ବେହେରା, ମହମ୍ମଦ ଆଖମଲ ରଜାକ ଓ ତ୍ରିନାଥ ମହାପାତ୍ର ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିଥିଲେ। ସମସ୍ତେ ମିଶି ମଦ କିଣିବା ପରେ ସାମଲେଇପଦର ନିକଟସ୍ଥ ଏକ ନିଛାଟିଆ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଯାଇଥିଲେ। ସେଠାରେ ତୁଷାରଙ୍କ ମୋବାଇଲ ଚୋରି ଘଟଣାରେ ତୁଳସୀରାମଙ୍କ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତି ଥିବା ସନ୍ଦେହ କରି ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତମାନେ ତାଙ୍କ ସହ ଯୁକ୍ତିତର୍କ କରିଥିଲେ। ପରେ ସମସ୍ତେ ମିଶି ତାଙ୍କୁ ବିଧା, ଗୋଇଠା ମାରିବା ସହ ବାଉଁଶ ବାଡ଼ି ଓ ଭଙ୍ଗା ମଦ ବୋତଲରେ ନିର୍ମମ ଭାବେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିଥିଲେ। ତୁଳସୀରାମ ଅଚେତ ହୋଇଯିବା ପରେ ସେ ମୃତ ବୋଲି ଭାବି ତାଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ପରିତ୍ୟକ୍ତ କୂଅ ଭିତରକୁ ଫିଙ୍ଗି ଦେଇ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତମାନେ ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରୁ ଫେରାର ହୋଇଯାଇଥିଲେ। ଘଟଣାର ତଦନ୍ତ କରି ବିଜେପୁର ପୋଲିସ ୪ ଜଣ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କରିଛି। ଗିରଫ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିମାନେ ହେଲେ ବାବ୍ଲୁ ଓରଫ ବଳରାମ ମଣିରା (୨୧), ମହମ୍ମଦ ଆଖମଲ ରଜାକ (୨୧), ଶକ୍ତି ବେହେରା (୧୯) ଓ ତ୍ରିନାଥ ମହାପାତ୍ର (୨୨)। ପୋଲିସ ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରୁ ଏକ ବାଉଁଶ ବାଡ଼ି, ହୋଣ୍ଡା ଆକ୍ଟିଭା 6G ସ୍କୁଟି ଏବଂ ଭଙ୍ଗା ମଦ ବୋତଲ ଜବତ କରିଛି। ଘଟଣାର ଅଧିକ ତଦନ୍ତ ଚାଲିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏହି ଘଟଣା ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚାର ବିଷୟ ପାଲଟିଛି। A shocking and heartbreaking incident has come to light in the Bijepur police station area of Bargarh district, Odisha. A 20-year-old youth was allegedly brutally assaulted and thrown into an abandoned well after being falsely suspected of stealing a mobile phone. Thanks to the prompt action of the police, the victim was rescued alive, and four accused persons have been arrested in connection with the case. According to Bargarh Superintendent of Police, Rabindra Nath Satpathy, the victim, Tulasiram Bhue (20), son of Sadananda Bhue of Purena village under Padampur police limits, had gone to Padampur on June 7 for labor work. When he did not return home by evening, his family searched for him but could not find him. A missing person report was subsequently lodged at Padampur Police Station on June 10. On the morning of June 11, Bijepur police received reliable information that a young man was lying inside an abandoned well near Samalaipada village. Police and fire service personnel immediately rushed to the spot and rescued him alive. He was first admitted to Bijepur Community Health Centre (CHC) and later shifted to VIMSAR, Burla, after his condition became critical. The rescued youth was later identified as the missing Tulasiram Bhue. According to Tulasiram’s statement, on June 7, Tushar alias Jagan Bhoi and Bablu alias Balaram Manira took him to Bijepur on a scooter. There, Shakti Behera, Mohammad Akmal Razak, and Trinath Mahapatra were already waiting. After purchasing liquor, the group went to a secluded place near Samalaipada. The accused allegedly suspected Tulasiram of involvement in the theft of Tushar’s mobile phone and confronted him. The argument soon turned violent, and they reportedly assaulted him with fists, kicks, a bamboo stick, and broken liquor bottles. After Tulasiram lost consciousness, the accused allegedly assumed he was dead and threw him into an abandoned well before fleeing the scene. Following an investigation, Bijepur police arrested four accused persons: Bablu alias Balaram Manira (21), Mohammad Akmal Razak (21), Shakti Behera (19), and Trinath Mahapatra (22). Police have seized a bamboo stick, a Honda Activa 6G scooter, and broken liquor bottles from the scene. Further investigation is underway, and the incident has sparked widespread concern and discussion across the region.
