Norway has Free University Education for international students all over the world. However, the challenge some international students may face is that, unlike Masters and PhD programmes that are being taught in English, most of the undergraduate programmes are being taught in Norwegian. Even though most universities offer their undergraduate programmes in Norwegian, there are few universities in Norway that offer some specific undergraduate programmes in English.
