I Built a Tool That Made Editing Fun Again

I built a small tool that connects a MIDI controller to the Edit page in DaVinci Resolve. With physical knobs for zooming, scrolling, jogging, JKL playback, trimming clips, and jumping between edits, timeline editing becomes faster, more precise, and much more enjoyable. In this video I demonstrate how the controller works, how I use it during real editing sessions, and why I now prefer it over traditional mouse-based trimming for many tasks.
