Here's another blue EL dryer at another set of NNDC toilets. I visited this set in March and there was a PHSWH EL in here that was working perfectly fine, so I was pretty shocked to find that it's already been replaced with another one. I only filmed the crap Xinda in the accessible toilet last time, which is still there and "working" shall we say. I also checked the baby room which has one too, meaning this set would've had them throughout originally. I properly explained the toilet setup here in that video too.
