X-Carve Upgrade: Stiffening X and Y Axis

This was a much needed upgrade for this CNC machine. And it really did help A LOT for the performance of the machine. Probably a steel bar would have been better than aluminum, but it's much harder to get two nice and straight edges in which you can drill and tap, while drilling and tapping into it is also more difficult.
