A Tragic Look Inside This ABANDONED 1954 Mid-Century Modern Dream Home | ABANDONED 10 YEARS

In this episode of Urban Exploring, I will be taking you for a tour through this once beautiful ABANDONED mid-century modern ranch home that was built in 1954 and has sat abandoned now since 2017. Located just outside the heart of Toronto, this home is built on an incredibly large and beautiful corner lot which features an incredible boarder of trees along the main roadway and separating this property from the neighboring properties, making for an absolutely private and secluded backyard. Inside the home has seen some change over the years, but for the most part remains mostly untouched. The home features all of its incredible windows, a beautiful large sunroom with a backyard walkout, an incredible loft with a fishbone staircase leading up to it, an incredible main floor fireplace, partially original bathrooms and kitchen, and a monstrous recreation room in the basement with a central double sided fireplace. At some point over the final years of living in this home, the family opened and operated a small gift store out of the basement of the home. Sadly this home along with many others in the area have been purchased by developers over the last decade with intent to demolish and replace them with condo towers and town condos.
