This time, I'd like to take you on a home tour and discuss house design on a tapered plot with Ivan from Studie   / studie____  . Since this is a chat segment with architects, we'll also be sharing tips and tricks. The Race House   / the_race_house   is a two-story house standing on 126 square meters of land, with a front width of 10 meters and tapering towards the rear. The building area is 145 square meters with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making this house have enough space for guest bedrooms, parents, and children. The front of the house is intentionally kept private due to its location, which is central to a busy area with lots of activity. Behind the gate is a carport large enough to accommodate two cars at once. Meanwhile, next to the carport is a cozy dry garden, making this area an oasis for the homeowner. Entry to the house is through the side door, which also serves as a side garden.
