What happens when someone discovers the Internet for the first time? For Abby Stein it was life-transforming. We first met Stein during the summer of 2015 for our Showtime series Dark Net. She told us how she had abandoned the very insular Hasidic community after the Internet had exposed her to the wider world. Now, a few months later, Stein is going through another transition. She's coming out as a transgender woman named Abby – and she says it wouldn’t have happened without the Internet.
