Craftsman Ratchet Rehab - COMPLETE Tear Down

This old Craftsman ratchet was really grinding my gears, it just worked like crap... In one last attempt to keep it from getting tossed, it received a full tear down to see if it could be improved. Dirt, sloppy manufacturing, and some age all contributed, but it was able to be improved. We took it apart further than most, requiring some grinding to completely remove all pieces. Sometimes it's not worth throwing out when it can be repaired, other times it's due for the scrap bucket. Good USA made tools deserve a second chance.
