Faith Under Presssure

This message is a call to stop treating church like a routine and start remembering who God truly is. We talk so much about His love, mercy, and forgiveness, but we often forget His holiness, power, and authority. Jesus didn’t call us to look like Christians only on Sundays while living like the world the rest of the week. He called us to bear fruit, walk in obedience, pray, read His Word, repent, and live fully surrendered to Him. In Mark 11, Jesus cursed the fig tree because it looked alive on the outside but had no fruit. Then He entered the temple and drove out everything that dishonored God. This message is about examining our hearts and asking ourselves: are we truly living for Jesus, or just pretending from a distance? God does not owe us anything — yet through the cross, Jesus gave us mercy we never deserved. So let’s stop being lukewarm, stop seeking entertainment over His presence, and start caring about what God cares about. Real faith is more than hearing sermons. It’s living transformed Monday through Saturday too. Repent. Pray. Read the Word. Share the Gospel boldly. Live holy. Jesus is worthy of everything.
