Authentic Relationships: Sarah Abell at TEDxYouth@Manchester 2014 January

Sarah Abell is passionate about helping people live and relate authentically. She is the former Agony Aunt for the Daily Telegraph, the author of "Inside Out - how to have authentic relationships with everyone in your life" (Hodder 2011) and a columnist for Psychologies magazine. Sarah started her career as a BBC TV reporter working on programmes such as Working Lunch and Breakfast News. She has been married 9 years and has one son. They live in Bristol. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
