Brown Butter: Heat butter over medium until golden. Transfer to a bowl and let it cool. 2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and matcha. 3. Mix Wet Ingredients: Add sugars to cooled butter and whisk. Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until light and creamy. 4. Combine: Gradually add wet ingredients to dry, mixing until dough forms. Stir in white chocolate chips. 5. Chill Dough: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 6. Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Scoop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, 2-3 inches apart. 7.
