"Fire Dance" - World Percussionist: Tom Teasley

Please enjoy this video from my CD, "Dreams of India" and The Constellation Theatre production of "The Fire and The Rain". This solo is in a seven beat cycle and includes techniques from Turkey, S. Italy and India. The music is inspired by the great multicultural collaborations of Zakir Husain in addition to American jazz drummer, Art Blakey's recording "Orgy in Rhythm".
