Hello everyone! This time, my dad and I are heading fishing to a forest lake. A real heat wave has arrived in our area, bringing with it midges and horseflies. The fishing was going to be challenging. The predators were extremely reluctant to respond to bait. Only a few bites brought us a couple of small pike on the first day. We cooked them over a fire that evening. During the day, we took refuge from the heat in an old hut, which remained cool. After spending the night there, we continued fishing on the second day. We managed to find bait, and a decent, toothy one didn't take long to show up. Enjoy!
