How to make a pattern for a cape or hooded cloak

Iiiit's math time! Everyone's favorite, right? This week, I'll share my method for creating patterns for capes and cloaks, including how to make a hood. Since we're working from measurements, this can be used to fit any doll. Or even a human, if you want! I'll be back next week to show how I put mine together and create a clasp for it.
