How not to lose wheeled hoods if they are installed on your car. By this method, I use my entire car life, which is more than 25 years old at the time of downloading the video. I had several cars with decorative caps of various configurations and for all the time of their operation, in the conditions of the abominable highways of Ukraine, no hood was lost, thanks to this life hack that I showed in this video. The essence of the method against the loss of caps is very simple and does not require additional materials, like plastic ties - you need only the cap and a little time. Remove the hood, do as shown in the video, but do not overdo it and put the hood back on. Do this with all the caps. If the hood is loosened, repeat the procedure. From my own experience I can say that it should be done about once a year - this is enough. A sign of the correct implementation of the method, there will be a relatively increased effort when installing the hood on the disk. The method shown is suitable only for decorative caps having a metal ring inside. The cracked hood got its damage as a result of unsuccessful parking to the stubborn beam - I did not notice the bar because of the neighboring cars and the front wheel (the hood was there) came from the butt on the beam, and he crushed the hood: (The hood was rearranged in this condition wheel, where he traveled more than 2000 km, and after recording this video was sealed and continued to be used.
