HIGH SPEED ON SCOOTER THROUGH UNDERGROUND TUNNEL!

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! To celebrate the last day of 2016, I decided to do something fun! I went to this spot which is called “The Wedge” and rode through the underground tunnel that is located there. This thing is absolutely AWESOME to ride through. It is very exhilarating and it gives you a feeling like no other. The only thing that is a little scary about it, is the fact that even when you crouch down as low as you can go, you BARELY fit! My head and top of my scooter get about two inches from clipping on the top of the tunnel. The scariest part is knowing that your fingers are EVEN CLOSER than that! But, as long as you stay sane, you’ll be just fine. After my first pass, I didn’t compensate for the slipperiness that was among the thick graffiti on the floor of the spot. So, as I was turning on my first pass, I slipped and nearly broke my hand. My scooter was also ruined in the mud puddle next to where I fell. It still hurts over 24 hours later. But, I’ll be just fine. After I left the wedge I went over to Scooter Zone to fix my scooter. I was very relieved knowing that I had an extra set of bearings, a brand new headset and some new grip tape in my car. I was able to throw all of that stuff on my scooter and head straight over to my cousin Danyel’s house to bring in the new year! I can’t believe 2017 is FINALLY HERE!! I had a great time shooting fireworks and eating ice cream over at their house. Can’t wait to see what 2017 has in store for all of us.
