Mike Navallo and Judge Mondia discuss the FSL Rules which took effect on December 15, 2025. This initiative is a core component of the Court’s Strategic Plan for Judicial Innovations 2022-2027 or SPJI, which seeks to dismantle barriers and ensure equitable and accessible justice for court users who rely on FSL.
