MC707 First Thoughts And A Goodbye To My MC505
This is just my first thoughts on the new Roland MC707, there are no sound previews or in-depth guides to using it. Yet! Stay tuned for more info shortly on Roland’s latest Groovebox. EDIT: A couple of corrections to things I mistaken said in the video: There's actually 128 voice polyphony, not 64 voices. Previous Roland synth engines did allow for some interaction between partials. It gives you up to 8 measures per clip, and the measure button cycles through the 4 measures shown with LEDs twice to access them. There is also an insert effect per track, as well as a global EQ and compressor. Samples can also be loaded on the Tone (Synth) tracks.
