how to strip a pallet with simple cheap tools (un-powered) in just over 10 minutes

Pallet strip in 12 minutes (a rush job as my 600D won't record much longer than that in one hit) the easiest, fastest, safest way I have worked out so far to dismantle a pallet, it doesn't mark the wood or damage it excessively and only needs a few wooden blocks, a one handed sledgehammer (the one seen in this video is 4 pounds) a claw hammer and some vice grips in case the nail heads pull off. No sawzall or any other exciting power tools required so the risk of injury is reduced.
