Juvenile lifer speaks before being resentenced for 1999 murder of Jessica Ledford
Marc Osborne speaks to the court room before he is resentenced at Kent County Circuit Court in Grand Rapids on Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2024. Osborne was 17 when he murdered Jessica Ledford in 1999. At the time of conviction he was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Osborne was resentenced to a minimum of 40 years to a max of 60 years in prison.
