This Peanut Porridge is extremely nutritious and really tasty! It have loads of blended raw, unsalted peanut and oatmeal. This combination is heavenly! Ingredients 1 cup (raw unsalted peanuts) 1/2 cup oats 2 cups milk Cinnamon or bay leaves for flavor (or both) 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla essence Sugar (to taste) Condense milk (to taste) Method Add 2 cups water to a pot along with cinnamon stick and bay leaves, allow to boil for a few minutes to extract the flavors within the water Remove leaves and cinnamon after flavors have been extracted To a blender add 1 cup raw peanuts, 1/2 cup oatmeal and 2 cups of milk, blend until smooth Pour peanut mixture in the boiling flavored water, whisking as you pour Whisk mixture for a few minutes to prevent sticking to the bottom and lumps Cover and allow to cook for about 5 - 7 minutes, whisking or stirring in between the minutes. Now turn the heat off and flavored with nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla essence Now sweeten with sugar and condense milk to your taste. Serve and Enjoy!
