Facebook:   / meltingpot.jo   Try this meal: Circassian Haliva Ingredients: Dough: •5 cups AP flour •1/4 cup oil •1 tablespoon salt •About 2 cups water Stuffing: • Potatoes • Circassian cheese • Salt, black pepper, and red pepper to taste Directions: •Boil the potatoes until cooked, grate, and season with salt and black pepper. •Mix all dough ingredients and knead the dough. It should be hard, not soft. Add water gradually as needed. •Roll the dough very thinly and lay flat on a clean surface. •Grate the Circassian cheese and season with red pepper. •Stuff the dough, close the edges tightly (To tell the difference, you can shape the cheese-stuffed Haliva into a triangle and round the edges for the potato). •Fry in hot oil, use napkins to absorb excess oil, and serve. الحلفا الشركسية المقادير: للعجين: •٥ اكواب طحين •١/٤ كوب زيت •ملعقة كبيرة ملح •كاستين ماء تقريبًا الحشوة: •بطاطا •جبنة شركسية •ملح، فلفل اسود، فلفل احمر الطريقة: •سلق البطاطا ثم بشرها بالمبشرة وتتبيلها بالملح والفلفل الاسود. •خلط مكونات العجين مع اضافة الماء تدريجيًا حتى تصبح عجينة قاسية. •ترق العجينة حتى تصبح رقيقة جدًا وتوضع على سطح نظيف. •بشر الجبنة الشركسية وتتبيلها بالفلفل الأحمر. •حشو العجينة واغلاق الجوانب بإحكام (لمعرفة الفرق تشكل حلفا الجبنة على شكل مثلث والبطاطا دائري) •تقلى بزيت حامي وتلف بمحرمة لامتصاص الزيت.
