Dhaka National Cricket Stadium of 1957

The National Cricklet Stadium of Dacca (now Dhaka) of late 50's where some memorable TEST matches took place between Pakistan and West Indies, Australia, India and England from 1958 through late 60's. Pakistan beat West Indies in the TEST match held in 1958-59 at this stadium...the West Indian's comprised of; Alexandar, Rohan Kanhai, Basil Butcher, Charlie Giffith, Nurse, Wesley Hall, Ramadhin...that I remember. From Pakistan we had Hanif Mohammad, Imtiaz Ahmed, Fazal Mamood, Nasimul Ghani, Antao De'Souza..that I remember.... I visited this stadium in July 1959 and my 2nd visit came on 13th July, 2012...about 53+ years later.......filled with huge memories. This stadium is now restricted to Soccer, Hockey and Sports events..known as BANGABANDHU NATIONAL STADIUM NOW.
