This is the recipe for homemade fondant, which I've been using for almost two decades in all my cakes!!! It's easy to prepare, has a delicious flavor (without the sticky taste of hydrogenated fat), is easy to roll out, and doesn't crack when frosting the cake, like commercial fondant.
