A "THAT GIRL" Reset Week - Workouts, Wellness + Cannes Prep

Welcome my lovely people to this unbelievable reset vlog! We’re starting strong with my favourite high-protein breakfast because apparently wellness girls need 100g of protein a day now and I’m trying to be one of them. Then it’s off to an Alo workout where I rediscover muscles I forgot existed, followed immediately by a sauna because recovery = self care and not because I wanted to lie down in silence haha We also have a Veronica Beard fitting for Cannes (your girl is going to Cannes!!!), skincare, little reset rituals, and overall just me attempting to stay grounded while life is life-ing.
