Select the file, click IMPORT. Select the desired content and click LOAD. Repeat these steps for all other files to import. The new Excel file will contain the data from the original files in several separate queries. To bring everything into a single table: simply right-click on any of the queries and select APPEND. From the dialog box that opens, choose whether to concatenate the rows of two, three, or more tables into a single table. 📌 FILE ATTRIBUTES IN A FOLDER In the final part of the tutorial, I'll show you how to use a query to read the contents of a folder on your PC and obtain a list of its files and their attributes. This essentially involves running a query on a folder. To do this, you need to: activate the DATA tab and from the RECOVER AND TRANSFORM DATA group, click RECOVER DATA, then select FROM FILE and then FROM FOLDER. in the new window, specify the path to the folder where you want to run the query.
