We Weren't Ready For HILLS! (Biking Taiwan Day 4)

We're cycling 1000km around Taiwan! This is day 4 and it starts to get a little challenging with a long slow climb of 62km from Taichung City to the small town of Shuili. But luckily we're greeted with one of our favourite night markets so far! Cycling route 1 can be done in just 9 days for those who are really looking for a challenge, but we want to explore all the stops along the way so we're adding extra days to ensure we not only get challenged but we also get to travel Taiwan in the most unique way possible!
