Here is a brief summary of all the carburetor cleaning steps: -Remove the carburetor -Thoroughly clean the carburetor from the outside -Complete disassembly of the carburetor -For heavily soiled carburetors, pre-clean in an ultrasonic bath with a neutral cleaning medium, e.g. Example: Tickopur R30 Rinse thoroughly with clean water Ultrasonic bath 1 to 2 times for 10 minutes each with 5% Tickopur R33 at approximately 60°C, ensuring all channels and bores are flooded Rinse thoroughly with clean water Optionally, for a perfect finish: Ultrasonic bath 1 to 2 times for 10 minutes each with 5% Tickopur TR3 at approximately 60°C Rinse thoroughly with clean water Dry without compressed air Check channels for blockage Lubricate moving parts with silicone spray or resin-free oil.
