CBSE or ICSE ? Which Board is Better ?

It's a tough decision while making a choice about the boards. Most of the people are not aware of the fact that it's important to choose the board for your children. CBSE is a board recognized by Government of India where as ICSE is a non government council. CBSE has a very vast network in India and abroad where as Icse has a limited number of schools in India only. ICSE conducts exam in English medium only whereas CBSE has the option of both Hindi and English medium. Syllabus in CBSE is easier and less stressful for children. Grading system in CBSE also gives less stress to students as compared to ICSE where there is a rat race for marks and percentage. All competitive exams in India are CBSE based therefore for students taking science it becomes a better option. Students opting for humanties may get more options in ICSE bcoz it offers some extra courses like cookery, fashion designer and home science etc. Overall my personal suggestion is for CBSE but it's a personal choice and every parent must decide it individually after discussing it with their children.
