This is a very chill video, a bit of a Q&A/chit-chat, in which I answer your questions while explaining my weight loss journey after my pregnancy. It was a long process, sometimes mentally challenging, sometimes frustrating too, but above all, I wanted to do things at my own pace. I didn't want to put enormous pressure on myself or try to lose weight "quickly." I mainly wanted to find balance and feel good in my body and mind 🫶 I also want to be completely honest with you: I have very good genetics, and I know that helped me tremendously with my weight loss. Some people have a much harder time, and it's important for me to acknowledge that ❤️ Personally, what helped me most was a better daily routine: eating better, drinking more water, being less sedentary, slowly getting back into good habits… But for me, the real goal was never to have a “thin” body. The most important thing is to have a healthy body and feel good about yourself, not to conform to imposed standards or norms ✨ I sincerely hope this video can help some of you, but especially to alleviate the guilt felt by mothers and all those who may feel bad about their bodies or their changes. Time really does heal all wounds.
