Nike CFO and UCLA Anderson alumnus Andy Campion (B.A. ’93, ’03) returned to campus for a frank discussion on developing the most effective corporate leadership skills. A visionary optimist who has grown comfortable leveraging his intuition, Campion doesn’t subscribe to a philosophy that suggests people are born leaders.
